Yeaahhh progress!

We made a significant lurch forward in the house addition, but alas, our funds have run out, so we've left it for now (hopefully to finish it sometime next year). We had to raise the floor with plywood to make it level, which raised our initial estimated cost, but in summation we spent about 1500.00 total to do the whole thing. Not to shabby for extra square footage and a new living room. Next summer we will have to have a house party to break it in.

Also, here is my finger after I cut it with a utility knife. I found the missing chunk later just teetering on the drywall T level. It's still sensitive to touch but my body somehow rejuvenated the missing flesh and my finger looks almost normal again. Yeahh to not having a "phantom" fingertip!

PS. two things Im excited about in the near future:
1. Im participating in Portland Open Studios (http://www.portlandopenstudios.com/) this October, displaying my paintings and the studio. --if you live in PDX and want invites, let me know, Ive got some left.

and.
2. Shawn Parke who does most of the mastering for K RECORDS has agreed to help master our ep.(Chris Schlarbe from SOUNDS ARE ACTIVE has also done some great mastering work on it too) That means we very well might meet our goal of releasing it digitally by this fall.

Whoo hoo.
