Hooorayyy!! We have tomatoes and eggplant and snap peas and zucchini and even two cute little watermelons. I know its lame to get jacked about this stuff, but I love it.
Also, I dont know why, but the whole gardening process has been such a spiritual experience for me. Planting, watering, harvesting, caretaking, consuming, and sharing all reverberate with eternal undertones.
oh i tried to grow a watermelon once and it got as big as my thumb, with tiny stripes, and never got bigger... but that was the year we went to norway for two weeks, so maybe it didn't get watered enough.
